Testing if taking casein before bed can help with weightloss.

So I done a little study on myself recently on the effects of taking casein before bed to help aid in weightloss.

I chose muscle moose choc protein powder to conduct this little test and I was actually shocked at the results.

Picture on the left was taken 4 weeks before the picture on the right.

Since having my 5th child via emergency csection amd surviving sepsis I have been looking for the best ways to get in shape without starving myself or causing any damage to my recovery rate as health is more important to me as a busy mom.

I wanted to really see if the studies I have read about casein and weightloss were actually true. The challenge basically consisted of eating casein at the end of each day, no diet restrictions, nothing else changed just added casein to my daily routine and maintaining my exercise and healthy balanced diet. The important part is making sure u have casein just before bed so that it helps feed your muscles while sleeping and helps your weightloss goals.
My measurements in the picture on the left started at:
Waist = 35.5 inches now down to 34 inches
Thighs= 22 inches now down to 20.5 inches
Upper waist= 32.5 inches down to 30.5 inches
Calves= 13.5 inches down to 13 inches
Arms= 11.3 inches down to 11inches
I have lost a total of 1.5 inches on my waist and 2inches on my upper waist. My thighs have seen a 1.5inch in size, my calves 0.5 inch and arms 0.3 inch reduction in size.
