
Welcome to my page. I started this page along with my weightloss journey in 2019. I’m currently 32kg down from my post pregnancy weight and recovered from sepsis.
This page has been created to help those in the same predicament I was in when starting, to help them understand you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight and have the body that you want.
I believe in high protein nourishing foods and if you want a treat once in a while go for it. Restricting your food groups unless you are a professional athlete/bodybuilder then there really isn’t a reason to starve yourself of these food groups.
I’m qualified in nutrition up to level 5, have my Bsc hons degree in sports coaching and performance along side level 6 strength and conditioning, child brain and development nutrition and hoping to do my masters some time in the next 2 years so you can rest assure I am continually learning and always open to discussion and other people’s opinions 8n the subjects I talk about.
