Struggling to think of a family meal that will serve a family of 6 try this meatball medley this meal will create individual wraps of 4 meatballs wrapped in Mediterranean wholegrain wraps topped with a tomato based sauce and musclemoosehq bbq and sweet chilli mountain protein chips and a serving of cheese. You can serve this with a side of sweet corn and peas…each serving of 4 meatballs contains:
608 calories
35g of protein
20g of fat

What you will need:

5x meditation wholegrain tortilla wraps.
Tomato based sauce (i made my own by blending chopped tomatoes, basil and garlic)
2x muscle moose moutain chips in bbq and sweet chilli flavour.
Cheese for topping (i used low calorie cheese)
Method:
brown the meatballs in a frying pan with a little olive oil. When browned add the tomato based pasta sauce of your choice, once the sauce is warm add 4 meatballs to each wrap and wrap them into a roll shape.
Add each of the rolls to a Pyrex dish until you have created a base, see picture above.
Cover the rolls evenly with more pasta sauce.
cook for 45min at 190℃.
Then take out of oven top with protein crisps and cheese put back in oven to melt the cheese for maximum of 5 minutes and then it’s done…a nice comforting winter meal for the whole family.
