Hi protein muffins.

Try these high protein beaver bar muffins. Packed with 30g of protein (dependant on the protein you use).

Ingredients needed:


110g of butter.


160g of brown caster sugar.


2 large eggs.


150g fat free natural yoghurt.


6tbsp of milk of your choice.


250g of plain flour.


2tsp of vanilla extract.


2tsp of baking powder.

2x beaver bars.


2 scoop of plain protein powder.


Preparation:


Mix the butter and sugar together until the sugar is fully mixed through the butter, giving a light yellow fluffy look.

Add the eggs to the mixture mix for 1min.


Add the yogurt and mix until there are no more lumps,add the milk and vanilla extract to this.

In a separate bowl mix the flour, oats, baking powder and protein powder, then add this to the other mixture and mix until it has a smooth and even consistency.

Add the milk and mix until you have an even consistency.

Either chop or blend the beaver bars and fold them into the mix.

Prepare 12 muffin cases and distribute the mixture evenly.

Preheat oven at 160ยฐc and cook for 20-25min.

These muffins can be frozen or keep well for up to 4 days in an airtight container ideal if you are looking for a nutritious snack that is suitable for young or old especially in these uncertain times.

Ingredients needed:


2 scoops of musclemoose chocolate protein moose.


500g of bread flour.


3 tablespoons of olive oil.

300ml of water(may need more dependant on consistency, your aiming for a bread dough here).

Extra flour for kneading.

Method:


Mix the bread flour and chocolate protein powder in a bowl evenly.

Make a well in the centre of the powder and add the oil and water.

Mix together fully until you have a dough like consistency.

Use the extra flour on a table or work surface and knead the dough for 10min.

Use a silicone bagel tin to evenly distribute the dough.

I had enough to make 12 out of these ingredients.

Cook at 190ยฐC for 20min keeping an eye incase your oven is slightly hotter.

Serve with fruit, spread or even just plain.

Hulk and Princess pancakes.

A go to in my house, the hulk and Princess pancakes.

If your struggling to get your fruit and vegetables into your current diet why not try these they are packed with nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients you need:

8 scoops of muscle moose pancake mix.

2 large egg.

100ml of water.(little more if you like thinner pancakes, a little less if you like thicker pancakes)

Splash of milk.

5g of beatroot powder.

5g of spinach powder.

Method:

Mix 4 scoops of muscle moose pancake mix, 1 egg, 50ml of water and the the beatroot powder in a bowl. Mix until there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl mix the remainder of pancake mix, egg, water and spinach powder.

Add a splash of milk to each bowl if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil at a medium heat.

Make pancakes by alternating the batter mixes. Start with the green mix, then use the pink mix next. Keep going until all the batter is used.

These pancakes when mixed as pink and green pancakes consist of your 2 a day.


Wholesome muffins/loaf cake.

Do you ever struggle to get your kids to eat wholesome food that are good for them? Or maybe you end up with eggs at the end of the week and nothing to inspire you except an omelette. Why not try my wholesome muffins or wholesome loaf cake.
These contains all of your macro nutrients, a portion of fruit or veg and essential micronutrients too,helping keep your immune system boosted.
Preheat oven to 190ยฐ


Ingredients needed:


6-8 large eggs beaten for 1minute.


200g of strong bread flour.


For the savoury option:

2 cupfulls of spinach.

2 teaspoons of paprika.

Pinch of salt and pepper.

For the sweet option:


2x muscle moose berry flapjacks.


1x cup and half of frozen mixed fruit.


2x tablespoons of golden caster sugar.

Method:


Mix the eggs and bread flour together to make a thick batter add the extra ingredients dependant on what you prefer savory or sweet.

Sweet option:
Add the sugar to the batter mix and stir for a minute before breaking the flap Jack’s up by hand and mixing through,finally folding the mixed berries into the mix.

Savoury option:

Add the salt and pepper, paprika to the batter, mix until evenly distributed through the batter. Finally fold in the spinach.
Add the mixture to muffin cases and line a loaf tin for the remainder of the mixture.
I made 6 muffins and a loaf with this mix.

Extra indulgence protein and chia chocolates.

Just like a whisper bar but with added protein.

Hands up who likes whisper bars?…hands up who likes protein?…well u can have the best of both worlds here…musclemoose protein chocolate…they are sooo simple to make but taste absolutely incredible.

You will need:
Silicone moulds for the chocolate shapes.

Ingredients you will need:

108g of coconut oil.

2 scoops of musclemoose choc moose powder.

1 tablespoon of manuka honey.

1 teaspoons of vanilla essence.

Method:
Melt the coconut oil on the stove till it is completely melted.

Take off the heat.

Mix in the honey until it’s fully dissolved in the oil, add the vanilla essence.

Mix in the muscle moose powder until dissolved, make sure u add it to the silicone asap before it starts to thicken.

Put in the freezer and wait 30min. Done…enjoy
