Nice cream.

This nice cream is exactly like icecream just packed full of fruit and has a kick of protein to help give you that little bit more.
Ingredients you will need:
4x frozen bananas.
2x handfuls of frozen berries.
2x tablespoons of honey
1x tablespoon of peanut butter.
2x scoops of musclemoose white choc powder.
Splash of water.
Method:
Blend the bananas and berries until they are evenly mixed together, theyll look slightly like breadcrumbs.
Add the protein powder again blend evenly then mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a blender, taking the lid off occasionally to move the ingredients off the side of the blender.
Once you have the consistency you desire, pop it in a bowl or stick it in a cone, everyone loves this stuff and it’s a much healthier option than high sugar icecream.
This nice protein cream is packed full of antioxidants and vitamin C due to the mixed berries and is ideal for after training as the bananas can help your muscles recover better after a gruelling session.
Muscle moose pancake cake.

If your looking for a high protein treat to celebrate a birthday or occassion thats surprisingly low in calories try making one of these. It consists of bananas wrapped in protein pancakes with a muscle moose chocolate centre. Each slice contains just 236 calories with over 20g of protein.
Ingredients you will need:
For pancakes:
2x servings of muscle moose golden syrup pancake mix.
200g of plain flour.
2x medium eggs.
Water to make a thin consistency so the pancakes are quite thin, more like crepe pancakes.
2 xChopped bananas.
For the centre:
4x serving of muscle moose chocolate protein moose.
For the topping:
100g of chocolate hazelnut spread or any chocolate spread of your choice(keep in mind calories will change depending on which one you use).
Method:
Line a mixing bowl with cling film and put to one side for later.
Add the pancake mix, flour, eggs and water in a bowl and mix until you have a light batter.
Add a little oil to a pan and make as many thin crepe like pancakes as you can. Set to one side to cool.
Once the pancakes are cool get your bowl with cling film and start arranging your pancakes.
Add pancakes around the sides with slight overhang, then get one pancake and add to the centre so it seals the top. With the other pancakes thinly slice bananas and add them to the edge of a pancake with a little choc spread to help them stick, roll them into sausage shapes and line the bowl as much as you can with these pancakes(see picture for illustration).

Once you have lined the entire bowl add some extra bananas to the outter pancakes. Mix your 4 servings of muscle moose choc protein in a jug, por in the centre immediately, cover with cling film and allow to set over night.

Once set turn cake upside down on a plate or on rotating cake stand as I did, this is easiest option. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate spread all around. Thats it enjoy…ps i had to add the pic of my daughter giving it the thumbs up as it was so cute ๐

Muscle moose winter protein biscuits.

This is a simple recipe and I love making these with my kids, their favourite part is decorating them afterwards. ***warning your kids will make a mess with the decorating ingredients so be prepared***
Ingredients you will need:
200g unsalted butter.
200g caster sugar.
50g of muscle moose chocolate protein powder.
350g of plain flour.
Method:
Mix the sugar and butter together until evenly distributed giving a light cream coloured mix. Make sure you don’t mix too much as this will cause the biscuits to lose shape in the oven.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl then add to the mixture mix gently until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl mix the flour with the muscle moose powder and then add to the wet mixture. Mix until a dough ball forms. Chill in the fridge for about an hour.
Flour a hard surface, gently knead the mixture then roll out with a rolling pin to about 4mm and cut with desired cookie cutters.
Cook in a preheated oven at 190ยฐC or 170ยฐC if using a fan oven. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on how hot your oven is.
Leave to cool and decorate…the kids find this the best part!!
Muscle moose apple crumble.

Ingredients you will need:
For the topping:
115g of plain flour.
50g of muscle moose white chocolate moose powder.
120g of caster sugar.
115g of butter.
For the centre:
580g of Bramley apples skinless and sliced.
4 tablespoons of caster sugar.
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Method:
Add the apples to a 20cm square dish. Add the 4 table spoons of caster sugar by sprinkling it over the apples, do the same for the cinnamon. Use a spoon to flattened down the apples to make a good base for the crumble to sit on.
In a separate bowl add the flour, muscle moose powder, sugar and a pinch of salt together.
Cube the butter into the same bowl and rub into the dry ingredients until the entire bowl looks like moist breadcrumbs.
Add the mixture on top of the apples and flatten down so it creates a bread crumb topping, make sure all the apples are covered.
Cook at 190ยฐC or 170ยฐC if using a fan oven for 40minutes.
Can be eaten hot or cold although hot is best with a good helping of custard.
