
Equipment you need:
1 large bowl for making base.
1 medium microwaveable bowl.
1 spoon.
1 spatula.
Parchment paper to line tin.
3 small bowls for making the topping.
Large brownie tin/ pizza tin.
Ingredients you need:
1x cup of unsalted butter.
Splash of water.
450ml milk of choice.

Step 1:
Line your tin with parchment paper and preheat your oven at 160°C.
Add all the ingredients from bag 1 into the large mixing bowl and rub through the butter until you have a breadcrumb consistency. Add a splash of water to create the dough base for the pizza. Slowly add in the water in small amounts making sure not to get it too wet.
Empty bag 2 onto a clean working surface and roll out the dough to the size of your tin. You want a nice thin crust.
With a fork price the dough all over. Cook in the oven for 15min. Once cooked leave to cool completely.
Step 2:
Empty bag 3 into a small bowl.
Empty bag 4 into a small bowl.
Empty bag 5 into a small bowl.
Add 90ml of milk to bag 3 and mix for 5-10min until there are no lumps. Put in the fridge.

Add 90ml of milk to bag 4 and mix for 5-10min until there are no lumps. Put in the fridge.

Add 80ml of milk to bag 5 and mix for 5-10min until there are no lumps. Put in the fridge.

Step 3:
Empty bag 6 into the medium bowl and microwave for 30sec intervals until fully melted.

Empty bag 7 into the melted mixture and mix through till smooth.
Step 4:

Once the base is fully cooled pour the chocolate mixture over it and spread until a small crust remains around the entire pizza base.
Put in fridge till base has set.
Step 5:
Add the mousse mixtures to the 3 icing bags.
